Customer Service Kolo Kai Organic Farm is committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our roots then the cost of the order will be refunded to you once you have returned the roots to us.
Due to the perishable nature of our product they must be returned to us within 7 days of date of delivery noted on the delivery confirmation notice generated by the tracking number.
When returning please include a copy of your original invoice and ship using delivery confirmation.
