If for some reason delivery is delayed beyond reason and your ginger arrives in poor quality due to prolonged shipping we will be glad to refund your purchase.  We ship from Hawaii using priority mail service through the USPS. Most shipments reach their destinations with in 3-5 days. We always use delivery confirmation so we can track your order.
